Our terms of sale
We would rather you read this now than find out after the order. Nothing here is hidden in the small print.
Unless a listing says otherwise, parts are refurbished. They are sold in their current condition, working and tested, and they are not new.
The listed price includes door-to-door shipping, domestic or international. It does not include customs duties, import taxes or any charge applied by the destination country — those are paid by the buyer.
Orders normally ship and arrive within 15 to 30 days. Customs clearance in the destination country can add to that, and it is outside our control.
Our stock moves. If a part sells before we update the listing, we will tell you straight away and refund the order in full. Parts marked Request a quote are not held in stock — we confirm availability and price for each request.
Some parts depend on your system’s software version. Send us the model, serial number and software version before ordering and we will confirm the part fits. A part bought without that check, and which turns out to be the wrong one, is not returnable.
We do not accept returns or refunds once a part has shipped, unless the listing explicitly states otherwise. This is why we ask you to confirm compatibility with us first.
A discontinued system is not a dead system
Manufacturers stop supporting densitometer lines long before those machines stop being useful. When that happens, the clinic is usually told the only option is to replace the equipment.
Most of the time that is not true. What is actually missing is the part, and someone who knows the machine well enough to fit it.
